One to One Discovery Days
A day to step away from the noise of the outside world, and begin listening again to the quieter wisdom of your own heart. A day to deepen your connection with flowers, and the subtle energies they hold, allowing nature to guide and inspire you. Rooted in nature and attuned to the turning of the seasons, each experience is unique and individual and unfolds in its own natural rhythm.
The first afternoon begins with a visit to a beautiful garden, where we will wander slowly amongst the flowers, allowing nature to guide us into a softer pace. This time offers an opportunity to settle into the present moment, connect with your intentions, and open yourself to the experience ahead. As a companion for our journey together, you will receive one of my personally curated flower journals, thoughtfully created especially for you. Designed to encourage reflection and stillness, it will become a place to gather your thoughts, observations, and inspirations throughout our time together.
The second day is devoted to creativity, either within the calm of my studio or outdoors in nature, depending on what you feel most called to explore. Here, you will be introduced to sustainable floral mechanics and guided through the creation of natural, seasonally inspired designs that honour the beauty of each stem. Alongside the practical elements, I will gently encourage you to trust and develop your creative intuition, helping you cultivate a deeper confidence in your own artistic voice. Through flowers, we learn not only how to create, but also how to listen—to observe more closely, to feel more deeply, and to discover the quiet magic that emerges when we allow ourselves the freedom to create from within.
